What happens after I make the payment?After we receive your website order, one of our expert web consultants will speak with you and capture your specific website needs. He/she will also fix a suitable time for a walkthrough of the new website that we create for you. After incorporating any feedback that you provide, the new website is made live.
Can I take my website & go to another hosting provider?We offer a hosted solution for your website. When you choose to cancel your website subscription with us, we make available to you all the content you supplied to us at the time of creating the website or content updated later on your own. You must engage another website design company to create another website for you with this content.
Can I choose to take down my live website and ask for it to go live again later?You can choose to cancel your website anytime. As soon as the cancellation process of the website is completed, we will remove your content from our servers at the data center. However, if you wish to go live with the same website again, we will treat that as a request for creating a new website and the then prevailing prices will be offered to you. We will not be able to retrieve any content that existed on your previous website.
However, if you would like to temporarily take your website down because of any business reasons or simply to rehash the content, we suggest that you ask a RiaEnjolie support executive, who will be pleased to help. You will continue to be charged regular monthly fees for the entire duration.
Am I required to commit to a minimum contract period?No. We are so sure about the quality of websites we create, and the value it brings to our customers, that we do not penalize any of our customers, should they choose to cancel their subscription.
Fees for all services rendered till the date of cancellation of subscription will be due before effecting cancellation. If you have already paid such a fee in advance, RiaEnjolie will adjust the fee owed to it and refund the balance to you within thirty days of expiry of the current month of subscription from the date of cancellation of service.
How do I get listed on Google & other search engines?After delivering your website, our SEO executives submit your website to Google, Yahoo! and MSN (now live.com). When we create your website, it already includes the most appropriate keywords for your business, including information on your specific geographic location. This helps in getting a good ranking on these search engines. However, exact timing of getting listed in search engines depends on the specific practices adopted by robots of respective search engines.
Is there a guarantee that my site will get listed in all search engines I submit to?Not really.
